If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our website, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. Finally, we will also specify the criteria for determining the storage period.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

We consider the conduct of our business activities to safeguard the jobs of our employees and the well-being of our shareholders to be our fundamental legitimate interest. This also aligns with the legitimate interests of companies as expressly described by the European legislator. For example, a legitimate interest can be assumed if the data subject and the company have a customer relationship (Recital 47, second sentence, GDPR).
