General sales and delivery conditions for deliveries from WHEELSSHOP - JES Group ApS


1. AGREEMENTS

For all deliveries from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS, these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. PRICES

The prices quoted are those valid on the order submission date, or cf. previously prepared offers. Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS reserves the right to adjust prices without notice as a result of changes in Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS purchase prices, exchange rates, taxes, etc.

For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient / customer pays local taxes such as VAT, customs and other local taxes directly to the local authorities or to the transport company on behalf of the authorities.

3. DELIVERY

All deliveries are made, unless otherwise agreed in writing, AB factory (Ex Works, cf. INCOTERMS 2000) from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS warehouse, or directly from a possible subcontractor. Any shipment from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS's address is thus at the buyer's expense and risk.

Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS indicates on Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS websites - indicative delivery times for the products. Deviations from this may occur and compensation for this is not provided.

4. PROPERTY RESERVATION

Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS retains ownership of what is sold until full and final payment has taken place.

5. THE PRODUCT SOLD

A) Complete set

Upon receipt of a complete set, check for correct balancing (balancing is a service from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS side which strives to be performed correctly, but no guarantee and warranty is given on the balancing), and that the tire pressure is adapted to the car on which the set is mounted on. Likewise, it should be checked that the complete set actually fits the car on which it is to be used. Ie. test mounting must be done so that it is checked that there is clearance for brakes, steering components and bodywork. The test should be performed on both the front and rear axles and on both sides. Prior to test mounting, all car hub / bearing surfaces of the car must be cleaned and level. It must also be checked that the clamping and any centering rings fit the car and the rim. Never use electric or air-powered mounting tools to secure the rims. The rims must be torque tightened crosswise according to the car manufacturer's instructions. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the above is in order when the product is handed over to the end user.

B) Loose rims.

Test-fit the rims on the car before fitting tires. Also check for any. paint or casting defects, which must be reported before fitting tires to the rim.

C) Purchase of loose rims for supplementation / damage, ie a number not divisible by 4.

When ordering rims for supplementation / damage, accessories (fittings, rings and capsules, etc.) must be ordered separately, and will be invoiced at current list prices.

6. RETURN OF GOODS

Returns of ordered and delivered goods can only take place by prior agreement with Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS.

In any case, only returned items that are unused and in original condition and with original documentation (copy of original purchase invoice) can be returned.

In general, the following guidelines apply for returns, which as stated must always be done by agreement with Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS:

Ufranko shipments are not accepted.
Unpackaged / defective goods are at the sender's own risk
The form of shipment and weight stated on the return consignment note MUST be adhered to.
It is a condition that the packaging is intact.
15% is deducted when returning correctly delivered goods.
Items that have been assembled are returned without notice and freight back and forth is charged.
Complete sets returned according to agreement will be charged an additional 20% for removal and installation.
Items older than 3 months from the invoicing date will not be returned and will therefore not be credited.

7. CATALOGS, BROCHURES, WEBSITE M.V.

Those in catalogs etc. stated illustrations or technical data, they are valid at the time of preparation of the documentation. Minor changes in appearance, weight and specifications may occur and are not considered deficient. We reserve the right to make technical changes without notice.

Subject to printing errors, price and design changes (changed appearance and / or specifications of the products).

8. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

Objections to the terms and specifications stated on an invoice must be made within 5 working days of receipt of the invoice.

Complaints regarding defects that can be found during an examination of the item upon receipt must be made without undue delay and no later than 3 working days from receipt of the item.

When repairing or replacing goods delivered "Ab Fabrik", repair, adjustment or replacement takes place as a starting point at Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS address, so that the buyer is upon request obliged to return the item to Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS and hold de hassociated costs. After the repair or replacement has been completed, the item is sent to the buyer on behalf of Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS, provided that the repair / replacement takes place as a result of a justified complaint. Damages incurred during transport in connection with a complaint are beyond the control of Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS.

An end user of a product from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS must contact the store in which the product in question was purchased. Complaints from the end user can not be made directly to Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS.

Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS assumes no responsibility for damages that have occurred due to incorrect use of our products. In the event of a collision on the curb, the warranty is completely void.

Complaints regarding paint defects and other visible defects must be made BEFORE attempting installation or other processing. Otherwise, the right of complaint lapses.

Possibly. lending of new tires and / or rims to the end user, while the tires / rims have been submitted for complaint processing is at their own expense. Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS can not be held responsible for any. operating losses, lost earnings, installation costs or the like.

Every complaint must be accompanied by a complaint form signed by both the dealer and the end user.

In addition, the following guidelines apply to warranties depending on the product purchased:

A) Product warranty on alloy wheels:


All aftermarket rims are covered by a 2-year surface warranty and a 2-year supplementary warranty from the delivery date, unless otherwise expressly stated in connection with the current sale.
Offer items and residual lots are not covered by the supplementary guarantee.
The guarantee period is valid for 2 years from the date applied to the customer's (end user) invoice, however, max. 3 years from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS 'sales date. The transfer is documented by a receipt and specified proof of purchase.
The warranty covers casting defects, processing defects and paint defects. There is no surface and supplement guarantee on special rims.
Any defects discovered by the end user must be reported as soon as possible to the dealer who contacts Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS. The customer makes the rims available for further processing. A quick test and control is strived to take care of the customer's interest in the best possible way. However, based on its assessment, the dealer may reject a complaint if it is assessed not to be covered by the warranty.
The dealer can not approve a fault / complaint on behalf of Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS.
When submitting complaints, a copy of the invoice from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS and a copy of the end user's invoice must be sent.
The customer's requirements are limited to rectifying the defect, ie repair or a similar product. If this is not possible, a decoration or delivery of four other rims is offered in at least the same condition as the damaged ones (before the damage).
Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS in any case only corresponds to the price of the item and NOT the consequential costs that may have been in connection with assembly etc.
The ownership of replaced or replaced parts is transferred to Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS.
The warranty is void upon
all external influences, as well as repairs and machining without Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS 'approval,
inadequate and / or inappropriate rim care (including unsuitable cleaning agents, solvents, corrosive chemicals, acidic liquids or abrasive polishes. all warranty is void),
rims which are damaged by accident, collision, curb, collision or use in connection with sports competitions,
if not invoice from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS and the end user's receipt of proof of purchase is included with submission. In such cases, the warranty obligations pass to the dealer.
Advanced claims for damages are not honored.

B) Supplementary guarantee on aftermarket rims:


The guarantee begins on the transfer date and is valid for 2 years from this date.
The guarantee does not cover supplementation, where the desire for this is solely due to cosmetic damage.
The guarantee ensures that Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS can deliver max. 2 rims of the same type at the price applicable at the time of supplementation.
If post-delivery cannot take place, four other rims in the same dimension will be delivered. The customer only pays for the number that does not correspond to the number of rims eligible for supplementation.
The guarantee is fulfilled at Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS 'choice. If replacement of brand new rims is not possible, the right to offer non-brand new rims is reserved - however, as a minimum of the same cosmetic condition as those submitted.

C) Warranty on tires:

Tires that have been mediated via an importer are submitted for further technical investigations to the Tire Importers' Association or the importer who decides on behalf of the importer on the justification of the complaint.
Complaints about tires imported from abroad are decided by Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS.

9. PRODUCT LIABILITY

Reference is made to the general rules of Danish law in this regard, as Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS expressly reserves the right not to be liable for operating losses, lost earnings or other indirect losses. Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS's any liability for property damage is limited to a maximum of 10,000 Euros.

10. PAYMENT

Payment is made unless otherwise agreed in writing, net in cash from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee is imposed in accordance with the Interest Act, section 9b subsection. 2. In addition, default interest of 2.25% of the invoice amount per. commenced month.

Any agreed deviations from this will appear on the order confirmation / invoice.

11. DISPUTES

Disputes arising from deliveries from Wheelsshop - JES Group ApS must be settled in accordance with Danish law. Venue is the Court in Aarhus - Denmark.
